PURCHASE PROTECTION FOR NEW YORK CITY DANCERS:
To New York City dancers. The best way to assure that you are able to attend is to purchase the early bird tickets. When the early bird tickets sell-out and prior to March 15, 2014, and you as a New Yorker still wish to come, please notify the Event Presenters immediately at newyorker@frankiesavoyballny.com.
DANCE FLOOR:
- None. At the Savoy Ball, no tables will be placed on the dance floor. Enjoy the Edison Ballrroom Dance Floor, a dance approximately the same size as the Terminal 5 first floor dance floor!
CONDITIONS
- We request Black Tie, Vintage or similar dress. No jeans and running sneakers.
- You must be over 21 to enter.
- No refunds.
- Transfer of tickets – you must email the Event Producers with identity of substitute ticket holder, e-mail of substitute ticker holder, using the same e-mail address used to purchase the ticket, at least 48 hours prior to the event, and the new ticket holder must bring the confirmation of transfer e-mail to the event. transfer@frankiesavoyballny.com
- The Frankie Savoy Ball will be video recorded and photographed.
- Persons entering the event agree to the use of their images by the Event Promoters.
- Patrons and performers by purchasing tickets and/or entering the venue thereby assign to Event Promoters the non-exclusive right to use any photographs or videos taken at the event.
- Video from the event, if posted on YouTube/Vimeo etc., will be removed if requested by the Event Promoters. All posted video will provide proper attribution.
